Salvatore Morelli is an economist whose research revolves around the economics of income and wealth distribution, and public economics. He holds a D.Phil. in Economics from the University of Oxford and until May 2016 was post-doctoral fellow at the Naples-based Center for Studies of Economics and Finance (CSEF). Currently, he is “Guido Cazzavillan” Research Fellow at the Department of Social Policy and Intervention od Oxford and the Department of Economics at University of California Berkeley. His current research focuses on the estimation of wealth concentration in Italy and the UK.
