Richard Berry is a public policy researcher focusing on constitutional issues and local government. He is a scrutiny manager at the London Assembly. He previously managed Democratic Audit at the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as roles in consultancy and the House of Commons. He ran the Health Election Data project examining public participation in NHS elections. He is a regular contributor to a number of blogs and is the author of Independent: The Rise of the Non-Aligned Politician (Imprint Academic).
