Michelangelo Vercesi

Michelangelo Vercesi is an Adjunct Lecturer in Italian political system at the University of Milan and an Associated member of the Centre for the Study of Democracy of Leuphana University Lüneburg. He also collaborates with the University of Pavia, from which he previously obtained a PhD in Political Science. His research focuses on comparative government, political elites, political parties, and European social policy. He is the author of several chapters and peer-reviewed articles in, among others, European Politics and Society, Contemporary Italian Politics, Government and Opposition, and Parliamentary Affairs.
